LGCS also provides UAS operators, instructors \/ trainers, maintenance personnel, and technical advisory services to clients CONUS and OCONUS. Our innovative and experienced based approach to operations, training, document development, safety management, and data collection enables a faster, safer, and more cost-efficient solution to end users.<\/p><p>LGCS and their personnel have a significant history in managing the simple to complex unmanned operational programs in small through large scale. The majority of LGCS personnel are experienced military Veterans and\/or highly vetted UAS operators accustomed to performing complicated operations in fixed, mobile and\/or austere environments. LGCS personnel have managed over 100 deployed personnel at any one time, while located in multiple sites stateside and in overseas locations since the early 1990s. LGCS has a solid track record and a vast network of UAS operators and trainers to ensure highly qualified unmanned crews are available 24\/7.<\/p><p>LGCS and their personnel have been instrumental in the design, build, standup, and sustainment of complex UAS operations and Operation Centers. Mr. Lemasters began his unmanned knowledge base after 16 years in the military, 10 of them in aviation. He was the senior program manager for the Dragon Operations Center located on Cannon Air Force Base, NM. (DOC-C). The DOC-C was the first ever Predator Operations Center (POC) under control of US Special Operations Command (SOCOM) operated by Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) by Special Operators. This was the largest and most advanced unmanned operations center ever conceived. The DOC-C operated 24\/7\/365 in continuous operation and took into consideration many Human Machine interface (HMI) factors, Like; Fatigue Risk Management, Circadian Rhythm, physiological and psychological considerations. Mr. Lemasters with his team worked with Air Force Research Labs and other researchers to procure and install ergonomically designed sit \/ stand Mission Controller Stations, unitized specialized office chairs with high quality lumbar support and breathable materials for ventilation and comfort preventing hot spots and body stress, found the best locations of computer monitor heights to reduce head and neck stress, cordless \/ handles phone and intercom systems to free operators hands, as well recommended the installation of shortwave blue lighting to facilitated and improve the overall alertness while reducing crew member fatigue. These innovations were a 100% success and cause further case studies to be performed Air Force Wide. The DOC-C was also the first POC designed, built and operational without the need for classification waivers. Built 100% on a fiber backbone with all edge gear located in server rooms, this reduced heat and noise at the workstations and allowed for network personnel to maintain the systems in a sanitized environment.<\/p><p>LGCS personnel have significant deployed experience in AFG, Iraq, Africa, Saudi and other locations. LGCS will provide Standardization Instructor Pilots, Flight Instructor I &amp; II, Flight Instructor\u2019s (CAAF), SUAS Field Service Representatives (FSRs), Technical Publications Developer \/ Coordinator, Training Developer for the overall proposed personnel solution.<\/p><p>Mr. Lemasters (CEO), was the Lead Capture Manager on the Army RFP, capturing over 30 highly skilled SUAS instructors, maintainer and FSRs who were hired upon the Army award, some still working for the incumbent today.
